The Lissome
magazine | Germany
The Lissome is an artist-led initiative that champions pleasure activism*^ as a compass for cultural transformation. It operates from the belief that beauty is a powerful language for change, realized through the practice of clothing culture, artistic craft, and publishing as sensual, sense-making acts. By blending aesthetics with ethics, its work aims to awaken the senses, stir the heart, and create spaces for belonging, resilience, and future-making.
Founded in 2016 and highlighted as a positive example in the United Nations Sustainable Fashion Communication Playbook, The Lissome builds a more conscious world through its print publications, podcast, and a global community of kindred spirits.
A limited run of 1,000 copies of N° 5 was printed. the Arq. is fortunate to hold a small, exclusive batch.
